Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker's insert.
Place 2 large boneless center cut pork chops in a heat safe bowl that will fit in your insert and place the bowl in the insert.
Put 1/3 cup Whipped Cream Cheese, 2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix and 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over your pork chops and spread evenly.
Cover and cook on low for around 4 hours or on high for around 2 hours, until your pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove your pork chops from your crock pot and place on top of a bed of cooked angel hair pasta.
Mix your sauce in your crock pot until smooth and spoon over pork chops and pasta.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
