How to Make Creamy Ranch Pork Chops for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Sometimes you just need a quick and easy recipe to make that tastes great. This Creamy Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two recipe is just that. It is perfect for when you just need a break from spending time in the kitchen. It comes together in around 5 minutes and can be done in about 2 hours, if cooked on high.
You will notice that I am using the double broiler method again. With the smaller portion recipes, I have come to really love this way of cooking. My 2-4 quart slow cooker always seem to cook hot, and if you are making a creamy recipe, that means the sauce could end up sticking to the edges and/or burning. With the double broiler method, you do not have to worry about that at all. Hence, why I love it.
