Place 3 cups frozen grilled and ready chicken strips (kept frozen) in a 2 or 3 quart slow cooker.
Pour 3/4 cups favorite bbq sauce on top and cover with lid.
Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 1.5-2 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Stir and turn to warm once fully heated.
Warm 2 Slices Flatbread or Mini Naan and divide the 2/3 cup Fresh Baby Spinach between the two flatbreads.
Top with chicken and sauce.
Garnish with French Fried Onions.
