Add your cubed 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, melted 2 tablespoons butter, 0.7 oz pkg Italian style salad dressing mix and 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup in a lightly greased 4 quart or 6 quart slow cooker and stir well.
Cover and cook3 hours and 30 minutes to 4 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 15 minutes on high, stirring halfway through the cooking time, until chicken is done
Add cubed 8 oz. pkg cream cheese that has been softened and stir.
Cover and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes until heated through and creamy, stirring as needed.
Serve the chicken stroganoff mixture over a bed of prepared egg noodles.
