In a lightly greased 2.5 quart casserole crock pot, 2.5 quart crock pot, 3 quart crock pot OR 4 quart crock pot, mix together your ground beef, cheddar cheese soup, refried beans and taco seasoning until well combined and spread out evenly over your crock pot insert.
Top all the ingredients with your cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 50 minutes to 1 hour, rotating your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly, it is done when your cheese is melted.
While your casserole is cooking, make your tater tots your favorite way (oven, deep fryer, air fryer...you pick) to desired crispness.
Once the cheese on your casserole is melted and your tater tots are done, place the cooked tater tots and Chili Cheese Fritos evenly across the top of the casserole and serve.
