How to Make Chili Cheese Tater Tot Casserole for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

We have had many readers request that we make recipes with fewer servings, and so we have been adapting many of our recipes recently. This Crock Pot Chili Cheese Tater Tot Casserole for Two is the adaptation of one of our reader favorite recipes. It is just as delicious as the original!

As usual, I did have to make some adjustments to the original recipe when making it smaller. Since I have found that the smaller recipes cook up faster, I was not sure if the tater tots would have time to cook up. I decided that I would cook them separately and put them on the top, along with the Chili Cheese Fritos, once the casserole was done. Easy peasy!

(Psst…if you think this recipe sounds good but need more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
