Place 2 Ears of Corn in a 4 Quart Oval Slow Cooker.
Cover with 1/4 Cup of Water.
Cook on high for 2-2.5 hours, until corn reaches desired tenderness, and drain.
Towards the end of the cooking time mix together 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (minced), 1 teaspoon Fresh Chives (minced, or you can used freeze dried chives) until well combined.
Drizzle mixture over the cooked and drained corn and use tongs to gently toss the corn to coat and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to Taste.
