Put 16 oz Whipped Cream Cheese, 16 oz Imitation Crab (broken apart), 10.5 oz Can Cream of Shrimp Soup (OR 10.5 oz can cream of celery and 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, if you cannot find cream of shrimp soup), 1 Green Onion (chopped), 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce and 2 tablespoons Sugar in a 3 Quart or 4 Quart Crock Pot and stir until well blended.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
