Put 1 1/4 cups frozen corn (kept frozen), 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoons butter (cut into small cubes), 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper in a small heat safe mixing bowl that fits in your 4 Quart Crock Pot insert and stir until well combined.
Pour water in your insert and place the bowl on top of the water. (If the water goes above halfway up the side of the bowl, remove some of the water.)
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
