Prepare 2 cups wide egg noodles per the instructions on the package and drain.
While your noodles are cooking, cook 1/2 lb lean ground beef with 1/4 cup yellow onion (chopped) and drain.
Pour your cooked hamburger and onions in 4-quart crock pot.
Add in 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/3 cup sour cream and stir.
Pour in your drained noodles, add salt and pepper to taste and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring halfway through the cooking show.

If you want yours to be a little creamier, then you can some more sour cream. Make it your own!
