  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups dry egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    • Prepare 2 cups wide egg noodles per the instructions on the package and drain.
    • While your noodles are cooking, cook 1/2 lb lean ground beef with 1/4 cup yellow onion (chopped) and drain.
    • Pour your cooked hamburger and onions in 4-quart crock pot.
    • Add in 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/3 cup sour cream and stir.ย 
    • Pour in your drained noodles, add salt and pepper to taste and stir until well combined.
    • Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring halfway through the cooking show.
