How to Make Hamburger Stroganoff for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Crock Pot Hamburger Stroganoff for Two recipe is just one of those recipes you will want to come back to again and again. It is simple to make, cooks up quickly and tastes great. What is even better is that you may even have most, if not all, of the ingredients in your home right now!
We love this recipe so much that I had to make two batches of it, one in my 4 quart slow cooker and one in my 2.5 quart slow cooker. Otherwise, I knew I was going to have a fight on my hands on who got to eat it. ๐ It also let me test this recipe in both sizes of slow cooker, so I know that the cooking time is similar.
(If you think this recipe sounds like something you would like to make, but you need more servings, you can check out the original recipe here with six servings.)
