How to Make Poor Man’s Beefy Ramen Noodles for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
If you are looking for savory and easy while not being too hard on your budget, this Poor Man’s Crock Pot Beefy Ramen Noodles for Two recipe is one I highly recommend trying. It received rave reviews in my house and was devoured.
When adjusting this recipe to only have two servings, I had to make a decision about how many packages of ramen I would use. I opted to go for two packages (which is more noodles than the original recipe would have called for with two servings), and that took it from being a soup to delicious beefy noodles. It does mean you need to stir the noodles more frequently as the noodles cook up at the end of the recipe, but that doesn’t take much effort. We loved the results here, and I hope you do too.
(If this recipe sounds good to you, but you need more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
