Put 1/2 lb lean ground beef, 1/2 cup oats or cracker crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 cup white onion (diced), 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoons ketchup in a medium mixing bowl and mix with a stirring spatula, meat chopper or your hands until everything is well combined.
Spray a 2 Quart Crock Pot or 2.5 Small Casserole Crock Pot with cooking spray.
Press your ground beef mixture into your crock pot and make a groove down the middle.
Top with as little or much ketchup as you desire.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
