Put 14 oz skinless polksa kielbasa (sliced), 16 oz potato gnocchi, 8 oz Grape Tomatoes and Salt and Pepper to taste in a 4 Quart Crock Pot.
Use a fork to put the mozzarella balls from a 12 oz tub fresh mozzarella balls marinated in pesto in a small bowl, pour the marinade over everything, and put the mozzarella balls back in the container and put them back in the fridge for later.
Using a stirring spatula, gently stir the ingredients in the crock pot until everything is coated in the marinated.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, stirring at 30 minutes.
Add your mozzarella balls, stir until well combined, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until your mozzarella is melted.
Stir in your melted mozzarella with the rest of your ingredients.
