How to Make Mozzarella Kielbasa Gnocchi in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Even though I have been cooking for decades, I am still not fast when it comes to prepping a recipe. So, when I tell you that this Crock Pot Mozzarella Kielbasa Gnocchi comes together incredibly quickly, it is most definitely not because I am super-fast in the kitchen. It is because the hardest part of the prep, which is not hard at all, is quickly slicing up your kielbasa.
This recipe is not only great because it is useful when you do not want to spend a bunch of time in the kitchen. It is also great because it tastes so good. The marinade from the mozzarella balls combines with the seasonings in the kielbasa to flavor the gnocchi and tomatoes in the most incredible way.
The idea for this recipe came from me wanting to take one of my favorite side dish recipes and make it into a main dish. I knew I wanted to try kielbasa as the meat in this recipe first, and it was a huge hit at my home. I hope you and your loved ones enjoy this as much as we do!
