Spread out 2 medium Russet Potatoes (washed and sliced) in the bottom of a Small 2.5 Quart Crock Pot, 2.5 Quart Crock Pot OR 3 Quart Crock Pot.
Top your potatoes with 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons butter (sliced), 3 slices Pepper Jack Cheese (broken into small pieces) and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt.
Pour 1/2 cup milk all around your layers.
Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Gently stir your potatoes and sauce until the sauce is well combined before serving. Salt and Pepper to taste each serving.
