While your pasta is cooking, brown and drain 2 lbs ground beef.
Place the al dente penne in the bottom of your 3.5 Quart Casserole Crock Pot or 6 Quart Crock Pot.
Top with browned ground beef.
Pour the 10 3/4 oz can tomato bisque evenly on top.
Pour the 28 oz pizza sauce evenly over everything.
Sprinkle 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
Layer (approximately) 33 sliced pepperoni across the top. You can use more or less depending on your preference.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly. It is done when the cheese is melted.
