Put 2 lb pork tenderloin in a lightly greased 4 Quart Oval Crock Pot or a 6 Quart Crock Pot.
Put 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, 2 teaspoons dry mustard, 1 teaspoons ground ginger, 1 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoons pepper in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Add 2 Tablespoons olive oil and 6 cloves garlic (minced) and mix until you have a paste.
Spread your paste across the top of your pork tenderloin.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Serve with cooking juices spooned over top.
