Spray your 2.5 Quart Small Casserole Crock Pot OR 4 Quart Crock Pot with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together 4 medium Russet Potatoes (washed and sliced thin), 1 small yellow onion (washed and sliced thin), 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup, 12 oz can evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until well combined and place in your crock pot
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. It is done when your potatoes reach desired tenderness.
