Put the cooked and drained 1 lb Italian ground sausage, 16 oz Italian gnocchi, undrained 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Oregano and Garlic, 8 oz can tomato sauce and 1 cup Beef Broth in a 4 quart slow cooker and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes, stirring twice throughout cooking (this helps to make sure gnocchi all gets done at the same time). It is done when the gnocchi reaches desired tenderness.
Serve with a sprinkling of Shredded Parmesan.
