How to Make Sausage Gnocchi in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

My family is used to eating great food. I mean, they do eat my cookin’ each night. ๐Ÿ˜‰ However, every once in a while, I make something that has everyone in my house just raves about. That is the case with this Crock Pot Sausage Gnocchi. Even though there are very few ingredients, the flavor is still awesome. It is just such a yummy meal.

A wonderful added bonus is that it is so incredibly easy to make and cooks up quickly. However, if you need the prep work to be done even faster when you are putting it together, you can cook and drain your Italian ground sausage ahead of time. Then you will just store it in the fridge until you are ready to throw this recipe together. It will take the prep of this meal down to 5 minutes or so. Everything else in the recipe is dump, stir and go.
