Put the smoked sausage slices, 2 cups chicken broth, 3 1/2 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup butter and 2 cups dry bowtie pasta into a 4 Quart Slow Cooker and stir until well combined. (Make sure your bowtie pasta is down in the liquid.)
Cover and cook on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring once or twice during the cooking time. It is done when the pasta has reached desired tenderness.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
