In a lightly greased 2.5 Quart, 3 Quart or 4 Quart Slow Cooker, mix together 1/2 lb lean ground beef (browned and drained), 4 oz thin spaghetti (cooked al dente and drained), 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, 1 cups salsa and 1 cup Can Refried Beans until well combined.
Sprinkle 1 cup taco style shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours or high for 45 minutes-1 hour.
