How to Make Taco Spaghetti for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Crock Pot Taco Spaghetti for Two is a great twist on traditional spaghetti. Between the salsa, taco seasoning, refried beans, beef, pasta and cheese, you have a wonderful mash up of flavors. While you do cook the spaghetti and ground beef prior to putting them in the crock pot, the time the recipe spends cooking in the crock pot gives all the ingredients a chance to meld together and become the amazing dish that you will serve up. The servings are also pretty hearty, so you will have plenty of food to fill you up!

(If this recipe sounds delicious to you, but you need more servings, you can find the original recipe that can serve more people here.)

    1. Can this be cooked in the oven, for 8 to 10 people?

      1. 5 stars
        Hi Robert,

The original crock pot version of this recipe serves approximately 8 people. You can find that recipe here: https://www.recipesthatcrock.com/crock-pot-taco-spaghetti/. I have not made this in the oven yet, but I have put it on the list of recipes for me to convert from a crock pot recipe to an oven recipe. If you give a try before I get the new recipe live, let me know how it goes!
