This Crock Pot Taco Spaghetti is not only an easy recipe, but also cooks quickly for a crock pot recipe! You can have it cooked in just an hour!
Ryder and Iyla went nuts when they saw me pulling all the ingredients for this recipe, they were extremely excited. When it was finished, they were very excited to gobble down this recipe. Now, I can’t leave Michael and I out. We loved this recipe too! The flavors and textures all come together to give you a very filling and flavorful meal that is sure to please all your guests!
This recipe is great for any day of the week. You can have it on the table in less than an hour and a half, so that means it can work for any night of the week or on the weekend! That definitely goes under the category of “Mommy Score” in my book!
What You Will Need
Ingredients Needed
- 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 8 oz thin spaghetti, cooked al dente (half a 16 oz box)
- 1 oz packet of taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
- 15 oz can of refried beans
- 2 cups taco cheese, divided
Equipment Needed
- Skillet
- Medium pot
- Colander or strainer (I love my on pan strainer)
- Large Bowl
- Measuring cups
- Large spoon
- Casserole Crock Pot or 6 quart Crock Pot
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cooking Time: 2 hours on low or 1 hour on high

Crock Pot Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef browned and drained
- 8 oz thin spaghetti cooked al dente and drained (half of a 16 oz box)
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
- 15 oz Can Refried Beans
- 2 cups taco style shredded cheese divided
Instructions
- Mix together all your ingredients in a large bowl, except for 1 cup shredded cheese
- Spread your mixture in a lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot
- Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the top
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour
