Your Sugar Princess is back folks! And this Crock Pot Peach Breakfast Casserole is a winner for sure! It is an adaption of Cris’ reader favorite Crock Pot Blueberry Breakfast Casserole recipe. If you have seen any of our other peach recipes, you know that mine and Cris’ Daddy absolutely loves anything with peaches. So, I thought I would give this adaptation a try and take some to Momma and Daddy.
If you are knew to cooking and crockin’, the list of ingredients may scare you. I know it would have when I was first starting to cook! Do not be afraid my friends, though there might be quite a few ingredients, there are not many steps. You can do this. I have faith in you. This recipe really is easy. On top of it all, you can wow your family and friends with this delicious casserole for breakfast! It will be a treat for you and those you love!
What You Will Need
Ingredients Needed
- 1 Cup Long Cooking Oats
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Cream of Wheat uncooked
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Cups Peaches, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- cinnamon to taste
Equipment Needed
- Sharp Knife
- Cutting Board
- Measuring Cups
- Large Bowl
- Wooden Spoon or Large Spoon
- Casserole Crock Pot or 6 quart Crock Pot
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: low for 3 hours or high for 1½ -2 hours or until the casserole sets up

Crock Pot Peach Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup Cream of Wheat uncooked
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced thin
- 1/4 Cup chopped pecans
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except peaches and nuts.
- Fold in peaches and nuts.
- Pour batter into your crock pot
- If desired, sprinkle top with cinnamon
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1½ -2 hours or until the casserole sets up
- Serve warm.
