Add 3 lbs Beef Stew Meat, 1 Tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 Cup chili powder, red pepper flakes (to taste), 1 Tablespoon dried oregano, 1 Tablespoon ground cumin, 2 cubes beef bouillon, Salt and Pepper (to taste), 1 3/4 cups Beef Broth and 1/4 cup white onion (chopped) to a 6 quart slow cooker and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
Serve garnished with sour cream, lime and avocado.
