Stir in 2 cups milk, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract until completely combined.
Take a stick of butter and grease the Blackstone.
Open 1 loaf sandwich bread, stir your egg mixture and place one piece of bread in the egg mixture, flip it so both sides are coated and carefully place on the Blackstone.
Repeat the above step for 7 more slices of bread and cook the French toast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove cooked pieces of French Toast and place on a paper towel lined plate or baking sheet and cover with additional paper towels.
Repeat the cooking steps for the remainder of your loaf of bread.
Serve with your favorite French Toast toppings.
