If you want chopped or sliced veggies on your pizza, drizzle oil all over your preheat Blackstone and spread out your veggies. Cook for 5-10 minutes, flipping as needed, until your veggies have reached desired tenderness. (The length of time needed to cook your veggies depends on what you are cooking and the size of the slices or chopped pieces. So, watch everything closely.)
Use a basting brush to coat both sides of a 12 inch premade pizza crust with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce evenly across the top of the pizza crust.
Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese across the top of the sauce, reserving some of the cheese if you want to sprinkle it on top of the other toppings.
Top the cheese with Your favorite pizza toppings.
Place the pizza in the middle of the Blackstone, cover with the steaming dome and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the bottom reaches desired browning.
