How to Make Easy Pizza on a Blackstone Griddle
Aunt Lou here.
We were spending a weekend down at our family camp, Camp Lou-da-Cris, and I wanted to make some pizzas. While Mikey is the king of making pizzas over the campfire (they are delicious!), I wanted to give it a try on my Blackstone. The results were wonderful pizzas made to order for all the different preferences in our family.
This Easy Blackstone Pizza recipe really is super easy to make. I used a premade crust (We used Mama Mary’s crusts…and no, this post is not sponsored. We just liked the crusts.) to help make the creation of these pizzas as quick and simple as possible. It really is a great way to have pizza whether you are at home or out camping…no oven required! Cris has used the premade crusts in her oven before, and she said that she liked them best on the Blackstone because of how the bottom crisps up. I agree. They were delicious!
