How to Make Black Refried Beans in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I know that you can buy a can of black refried beans. However, the flavor of this Crock Pot Black Refried Beans recipe beats any store bought can of black refried beans hands down! It is also easy to make. So, that checks off two of the boxes I require in order to be a frequently used recipe in this house. I love easy and delicious recipes.
This side dish recipe works great with a variety of main dishes. Whether you want to have tacos, taco bowls, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, you name it, this dish is a great side to help make your meal complete! Everyone loved it in my home, even my little picky eater. Granted, I am a picky eater myself, but I do have a soft spot for black beans that I know not every picky eater has. However, my youngest has my non-black-bean-loving picky eaters covered. She loved this dish just as much as I do! My oldest was a bit skeptical when looking at this in the crock pot, but when he gave it a try, he was really excited to have it with his tacos.
