How to Make Creamy Black Bean Taco Dip in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We absolutely love hearing how our readers switch up our recipes to fit their tastes or ideas they have for revamping a favorite recipe of ours. So when one of our readers, Sherrie, said she would add a can of black beans to our Crock Pot Cream Cheese Taco Dip, I was on board to give it a try!
As you may know, I am a picky eater. If you asked Cris, she would probably say one of the pickiest. lol However, when I went to Guatemala for some mission trips, Connie, the local lady who was hired to make our lunch meals daily, made the BEST black beans (which I tried to replicate in Crock Pot Black Beans recipe). Her yummy beans took me from never trying black beans before (because I was scared of trying them! lol) to loving them. Which, in turn, led to me being super excited to make this Creamy Crock Pot Black Bean Taco Dip. Trust me, even my fellow picky eaters out there, you are going to love it!
