How to Make Creamy Beefy Salsa Dip in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Oh my word, dear readers! This Creamy Crock Pot Beefy Salsa Dip is divine! I was trying to come up with a yummy dip that we had not done before. The more recipes we make, the harder that task becomes! However, when I was looking through the dips we had already made and came across our Creamy Crock Pot Chicken Salsa Dip, I knew I had to try it with beef. You are going to love it!
I love having different versions of a recipe so I can use whatever kind of meat I have on hand or can find on sale at the store (why pay full price when there is something on sale?!). I had thought when I made this dip yesterday, that it would be good for the four of us to have on New Year’s Eve. However, this dip is so good that it will not make it that far. Honestly, I am not sure it will even make it through the end of the day tomorrow! It is that good! If you take this to a party, I am confident you will go home with an empty crock and be asked repeatedly how to make it!
