We absolutely love the Crock Pot Nacho Chicken Dip recipe I made a while back. It is a reader favorite as well! So, when I was looking for what would be another delicious recipe to make for you dear folks to try, I thought I would give this Beefy Crock Pot Nacho Dip recipe a try. It is so delicious!
This dip is so simple to make. If you use our Crock Pot Make Ahead Ground Beef, then this recipe can be made even faster than 10 minutes. I love a good simple recipe. It makes taking a dish to a pitch-in, potluck or party so easy. A delicious simple recipe also makes it easy to whip up a yummy treat for your family on a weeknight. So, no matter what you want or need an incredible dip for, this recipe gives you an easy way to make one!
If you want to get real crazy, grab some tortilla shells. You can spoon some of this amazing dip into a tortilla shell and fold it up for a delicious burrito. It is so good! I really love when an amazing dip can become an amazing main dish!

- 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
- 16 oz jar chunky salsa
- 8 oz shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- tortilla chips or burrito shells

- Skillet and strainer or micro cooker
- 4 quart slow cooker
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 2 to 3 hours on low or 1 to 1.5 hours on high

Beefy Crock Pot Nacho Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 16 oz jar chunky salsa
- 8 oz shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- tortilla chips
Instructions
- Spray your 4-quart crock pot with cooking spray.
- Layer your ingredients in this order: beans, beef, salsa, cheese.
- Cover and cook on high for 1-1.5 hours or low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve either on top of chips or with chips as a dip.
