This Creamy Crock Pot Chicken Salsa Dip that I adapted fromย Gooseberry Patchโ€™sย Weeknight Dinnersย is “mighty tasty” as Michael put it. The great thing is that you can serve it as a dip with a bag of tortilla chips or make it dinner by serving it over rice! You can also choose whether you want to cube your chicken or shred it. Customizing this recipe for your particular needs is super easy!

    Hello there-
The second step of the instruction gives the temp. So sorry you missed it. Glad it turned out for you. Enjoy!

The crock pot temp is excluded. For similar dips, I have cooked them in a small crockpot for 90 minutes on high or 3 hours on low. I decided to cook this for 3 hours on low and it turned out well.
