Set aside 1/3 cup of 7 oz pkg of Blueberry Muffin Mix in a small mixing bowl.
Spray 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium to large mixing bowl, mix together remaining muffin mix, 1/4 cup Milk, 1 large Egg and 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared 8x8 baking dish.
Add 1/3 cup Brown Sugar and 1/3 cup Butter (softened) to the blueberry muffin mix that was set aside and cut together until mixed thoroughly and crumbly.
Sprinkle crumble mixture over batter.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, turn the baking dish and cook for an additional 5 minutes. It is done when the top is starting to turn golden and the center passes the toothpick test.
