Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Put 12 oz Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix and 3 cups chicken broth in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined, set aside.
In the pot you cooked your chicken in, stir together your 3 Cups Cooked Chicken, 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup and 1/2 Cup Milk until well combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly across your 9x13 baking dish.
Fluff the stuffing mix with a fork and spread evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
If desired, top casserole with 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning your baking dish after 15 minutes, if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
