How to Make Easy Chicken Stuffing Casserole in an Oven

Aunt Lou here.

Not only does this Easy Chicken Stuffing Casserole come together easily, hence the name, it also cooks quickly. This makes it ideal for dinner on a night where you do not have a ton of time to spend on making a meal.

If you look at the original recipe, you will see that I made some changes to the ingredients. We like a drier stuffing, so I did not add a second can of cream of chicken soup to the stuffing mixture and did a little something different when “preparing the stuffing.” With these changes, the resulting casserole was perfection. I hope you and your loved ones enjoy it as much as we do!
