Put 1 lb stew beef, 5 medium red potatoes (washed and cubed), 16 oz bag baby carrots, 10 oz bag frozen peas (kept frozen), 12 oz bag frozen corn (kept frozen), 24 oz brown gravy (2 - 12 oz jars), 30 oz tomato sauce (2 - 15 oz cans), 1 cup tomato juice and Salt and Pepper to taste in a 6 Quart Crock Pot and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until tender, stirring occasionally.
