Cut 5 lb beef bottom round steak into servings size pieces and place in your 6 Quart Crock Pot.
Sprinkle 1.5 oz pkg onion soup mix on top of beef.
Put 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup Beef Broth in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Pour soup mixture over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. (In order to receive the most tender results, I recommend cooking this on low and not high.)
