How to Make Easy Bottom Round Steak in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

We love a good beef recipe around here, and this Easy Crock Pot Bottom Round Steak recipe is just that! I knew we would love it, because I have made it before. However, this time around, I wanted to try a little adjustment to the original recipe. I made another adjustment, because I couldn’t find anything at the store that just said round steak. The packages said bottom round steak. So, I gave this delicious recipe a try with the bottom round steaks, and the results were great!

Cooking low and slow is the key to success in recipes with beef recipes. There is just something about a roast or round steak or cubed steak being cooked in a slow cooker on low that makes the perfect combination. Even tougher cuts of meat become so tender. So, I highly recommend you cook this on low. What is even better, if you cook on low, it is an all-day recipe! Win, win!
