Instructions
Brown 2 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef with one clove of the garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Drain and mix with remaining 2 cloves of minced garlic, 8 oz Velveeta Cheese, 2 tablespoon milk and 1 small yellow onion in a 6 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time, making sure to scrape the edges when stirring so the cheese does not stick to the insert.
Stir really well and serve on split pretzel rolls or hamburger buns with any desired garnish.
