Put 1.25 lbs stew beef, 13 oz Kielbasa (cut into 1 inch slices), 1 small white onion (chopped), 3 medium Russet Potatoes (washed, peeled and cubed) and 28 oz can barbecue baked beans (undrained) in a 6 Quart Crock Pot and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 3.5-4.5 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time, if possible, to help everything cook evenly.
Give it a good stir before serving.
