Melt 1 tablespoons butter in a large, deep skillet that has a lid.
Brown 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs on each side for 3-5 minutes.
While your chicken is browning, mix together 1/2 cup butter (melted), 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped), 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper and 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper in a mixing bowl.
Pour your butter mixture over your chicken, cover and cook for 5 minutes, flip the chicken thighs and cook covered for an additional 5 minutes.

All stove tops cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own stove top and time adjusted as needed.
