Ingredients Needed

  • 2.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes over medium heat and 10 minutes over medium low heat

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Melt 1 tablespoons butter in a large, deep skillet that has a lid.
  • Brown 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs on each side for 3-5 minutes.
  • While your chicken is browning, mix together 1/2 cup butter (melted), 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped), 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper and 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour your butter mixture over your chicken, cover and cook for 5 minutes, flip the chicken thighs and cook covered for an additional 5 minutes.

  1. Hi guys, I have a question about another recipe, not this one. What can I use in place of beefy mushroom soup. I can’t find it anywhere ; even on line. It seems like they don’t make it anymore.

      Golden Mushroom Soup is a beefy flavored mushroom soup. If you cannot find it, you could always just use regular mushroom soup OR you could use regular mushroom soup and add in a little beef bouillon to it. Enjoy!
