Place 12 Hawaiian rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and take a large knife to slice all your rolls in half at the same time (do not break them apart) and gently remove the tops as one big piece.
Layer 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham on the bottom halves of the rolls that are still all connected.
Layer 8 slices Swiss cheese across the top of the ham.
As one piece, place the top halves of your rolls back on top of the bottom part of the sliders.
In a small bowl or coffee cup, mix together 1/4 cup Butter (melted), 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds, 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onions, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon Pepper.
Brush the tops of the sliders with the butter mixture liberally with a basting brush.
Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees, rotating your baking sheet halfway through the cooking time if your oven does not cook evenly.
Cut the sliders apart and serve.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All ovens cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own oven and time adjusted as needed.
