Mix 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon ground sage and 2.5 teaspoons garlic powder in a small bowl with a stirring spatula.
Put 1 sleeve saltines in a large bowl or gallon size baggie and drizzle with olive oil mixture.
Gently stir, if using a large bowl, or gently rotate, if using a gallon size baggie, until all the saltines are well coated in the seasoning mixture.
Lay out your crackers in one layer on a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Cook for 15 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, rotating your baking sheet after 10 minutes, if your oven does not cook evenly.
