Place 4 lb boneless pork loin in a 6 Quart Slow Cooker, fat side up.
Whisk together your 1 cup butter (melted), 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons garlic salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper until completely combined.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over your pork loin.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Once the pork loin is fork tender, place it on large cutting board and shred with two forks.
Serve on its own or over a bed of Prepared rice, if desired.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
