Instructions
Lightly spray your small casserole crock pot, 3 quart slow cooker or 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Spread your cooked and drained 1/2 lb ground beef evenly in the bottom of your crock pot.
Spoon your 2/3 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup and 2/3 cup beefy mushroom soup evenly across your ground beef.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon ranch dip mix and 1 tablespoon brown gravy mix packet on top of soups.
Lay your Pepper Jack Cheese slices in a single layer across the top of your casserole.
Cover and cook 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours on low or 45 minutes to 1 hour on high, rotating your insert halfway though the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
Before your casserole is done cooking, fry, bake or air fry 22 frozen tater tots to desired crispness.
Once the cheese is melted, place your cooked tater tots evenly across the top of everything and serve.

All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
