Ingredients
3ozcook and serve vanilla pudding mixprepared
1yellow cake mixunprepared
11ozbutterscotch baking chips
4ozpecan pieces(1 cup)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl big enough to hold both your prepared 3 oz cook and serve vanilla pudding mix and 1 yellow cake mix (unprepared), mix together until completely combined. It will be a very thick batter.
Spoon your cake mix mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 glass baking dish and spread it out with the center a little lower than the edges.
Sprinkle 11 oz butterscotch baking chips and 4 oz pecan pieces evenly across the top of your batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating your baking dish halfway through the cooking time, if your oven does not cook evenly. (It is done when the center is completely set.)
